Trick-or-Treat Weekend

Enjoy a special family weekend of Trick or Treating inside of the mansion! Please bring your own trick or treat bag for this event! Wear your Halloween costume and roam through the halls of this Gothic mansion while the guides hand out treats for the kids! Lyndhurst welcomes visitors to explore on their own the wonders of this Gilded Age mansion during the festive Autumn season! Timed entry allows guests to take in seasonal and spirited decorations on their own while strolling through this breathtaking historic home.

You will see the majestic vestibule and entrance hall, reception room, parlor, library, sumptuous Victorian dining room, and art gallery – decorated with autumnal trimmings for the season!

Lyndhurst Tour guides will be stationed throughout the house to answer questions. Timed entry tickets are available between 10 am and 4 pm on Saturday and Sunday. Geordanes will be on-site to provide food for purchase. Jimmy’s food truck will also be onsite serving cider and donuts on Saturday and Sunday. Last entry into the Mansion will be at 4 pm.
