The White Plains Outdoor Arts Festival

The White Plains Outdoor Arts Festival brings a diverse display of fine arts and crafts to the heart of the bustling downtown White Plains. Paintings, photography, ceramics, glassware, jewelry, textiles, and much more are all on display.
