Urban Neighborhood a non-profit at the Eastchester Heights Community Center will be hosting a frightful SPOOK-TACULAR Halloween Celebration Saturday, October 29, 2022, 1:00 pm – 4:00 at the Eastchester Heights Park 3480 Seymour Avenue, Bronx NY 10469.

Mummy’s little monsters are invited to have some boo bites Eat, Drink, and Be Scary while taking pictures with a Werewolf, Beetlejuice, The Dark Angel, and the Game of Thrones-Bones Chair.  All little monsters will be able to take portraits on our Halloween backdrops.  We have prizes for the best dress, best dance, and games that will be played.  It’s going to be a Hallo-Scream!!!

Celebrating Halloween and trick-or-treating is a great way to interact with neighbors.   Dressing up and pretending is a way of developing emotional mastery skills, children and families can enjoy celebrating Halloween in a safe environment.  Even if you don’t have kids, coming outside or putting on a costume might enhance your social capital and you may even score a gift card!!
