Lyndhurst in Bloom

Floral designers transform Lyndhurst with luscious botanical displays that highlight and harmonize with the historic mansion’s opulent interior and landscape features. Visitors will experience a wonderland of color, and texture as they walk through the mansion’s three floors without a guided tour. This event is perfect for people of all ages and families as you can move at your own pace; it’s one of the best ways to explore the mansion, our grounds, and other buildings! The weekend includes the elaborately decorated mansion and a Spring Market of over 30 vendors offering plants, flowers, gardens, and gift-related items. Right outside of the Mansion, at Rose Cottage, you will find fun experiences for the whole family! Sweet Squeeze Lemonade and Penny Lick Ice Cream will be serving up delicious treats, Little Sparrow Face Painting will be there, and Modern Marionette will be performing in that area from 11am to 1pm and 2pm to 4pm! Newly added to the Flower Show this year, the Bowling Alley will also be decorated with floral arrangements done by Hops Petunia, and Bloomy Cheese & Provisions will be there with small bite options and wine. A shuttle bus service will be operating throughout the property to help guests visit the different locations, including the Bowling Alley. There will also be a pop-up cafe by Geordanes of Irvington in the Welcome Center!

Your ticket includes admission to explore the decorated Historic Mansion and our Spring Market, located in the Welcome Center Courtyard tent.
