
Hudson Chorale Holiday Concert

Hudson Chorale Concert at Maryknoll – Händel’s Messiah (Part I), Margaret Bonds’ Ballad of the Brown King and Mendelssohn’s Behold a Star from Jacob Shining
The program will include the “Christmas portion” of Handel’s beloved Messiah as well as a rarely performed gem from the mid-20th century, The Ballad of the Brown King, by Margaret Bonds. A special treat will be Mendelssohn’s anthem Behold a Star from Jacob Shining.
Hudson Chorale, under the baton of Artistic Director David Baranowski, will perform with a 15-piece chamber orchestra and soloists including Fernando Watts, Baritone and La Toya Lewis, Soprano.
