Family Activity: “Hike the Hudson” Backpacks

 The “Hike the Hudson” backpack contains fun materials designed for children and their families to enjoy together while exploring the Museum. Take a closer look at art through binoculars, sketch in a communal journal, scour the galleries to complete a bingo-card scavenger hunt, read river-themed picture books together, role-play with animal figurines, draw your own postcard of the Hudson River, and take home a sustainability checklist. Developed in connection with Rivers Flow / Artists Connect and Collection Spotlight: The Hudson River School.
