Community Art Day

Enjoy an afternoon of artmaking, music, dance and more fun–including a summer raffle plus the last chance to see Pelham Art Center Student Exhibition on view in the gallery! Entertainment in the courtyard will feature DJ Dick Burroughs, face painting by Donetta Riley, and caricatures by Dan Springer. The Nerdy Duo will lead an interactive chemistry demonstration, while Doug Caine will offer an origami demonstration. The event will also represent the public unveiling of Leigh Taylor Mickelson’s exquisite Flower Poppy sculptures, and the Teen Artist Council’s collaborative mural.
